Hi,

I would like to apply for the H1B Visa. For the same, I would like to clarify whether I am eligible with the following education background (Basically I am looking for the 16Yrs education criteria)

1) Did schooling up to 10th (10 Yrs)
2) Did Diploma (3 Yrs, Full Time)
3) Total IT work experience is 9.10 Yrs
4) Did B.S ( Bachelor of Science -- 3Yrs - Work Integrated Course/Distance Edu)
5) Did M.S (Master of Science -- 2Yrs - Work Integrated Course/Distance Edu)

Now that the I-485 gates have been opened, I would like to know what will happen to my spouse's H1B application pending before USCIS? Since I am planning on filing for I-485 for my spouse as well, will the H1B process make a difference? Or will the H1B approval cause any issues to the I-485 application?

First, IV truely rocks! Thank you so much guys for all the great work you've done so far!

I've few questions related to I-485 filing:

1. I've single Date-Of-Birth affidavit from both of my parents, will that be an issue? Can USCIS issue me a RFE for not submitting two separate affidavits from each parents?

2. Will it hurt to submit copy of canadian green card having DOB as an additional proof? Also, I'd my fingerprints verified by FBI for canadian immigration, will that speed up my fingerprinting verification for US immigration?

3. I'm only submitting last year 2006 tax return in my 485 filing whereas my lawyers wanted last three IT returns? Will that be a problem?

Opponents of Arizona's SB1070 immigration law scored another victory in the courts yesterday. In the case of Friendly House v. Whiting, the court overruled a motion to dismiss the case challenging the law. The judge noted that "Racial discrimination was a motivating factor for [S.B.] 1070�s enactment" which establishes a legitimate constitutional challenge to the law. IV needs money for rally.

Lets pledge to contrbute right after you get recpits.
We all are skilled immigrations with high billing rates per hour.
Think about how many hours you have spent tracking receipts,
Lets not waste any more time in tracking, instead contribute a few hours to work and contribute some of that money worth to IV.

I was on H1 with my previous company but laid off last week. I have !485 AOS and EAD.

I believe I can straight away join any company (consultancy or any enterprise company) on EAD , right pls ?

if get a job offer from Comapny "A" and join them today and file AC-21 today and meanwhile say I get another job from another Company "B" after two days and join them, can I file another AC-21 without waiting to hear back from USCIS. I believe AC 21 is just informational for USCIS that I have switched the jobs.

Current EAD was supposed to expire in Feb so applied 100 days ahead for renewal. To my surprise application got approved in 10 days:D. Hope they've given for 2 years and starting from expiry date of current one....

Most of the shots given are booster shots. Two MMR shots?
Varicella needs to be taken twice at 1 month intervals, however most doctors sign and seal the package when you take the first varicella shot and then ask you to come back one month later and take the 2nd shot, if not, you can insist the doctor to do so.

Needed shots are MMR, TD and Varicella, all others are Age unappropriate for us(atleast the applicants and spouses).
