Hi There,

Is it possible??

Company "A" negotiating with a person who does not have paystubs, as he always been on bench.

during this time Company "B" apply for H-1B Transfer(without paystubs as they plan to submit later in a week or so)

Company "A" did the settlement and issues paystubs etc... but same time they apply cancellation of H1.
My I-94 is valid untill dec-09

Can a transfer be done like this???

Please advise as i am dying day and night.............do not make a fun of it.

My son came to USA on H4 Visa. He completed his studies on F1 Visa and worked for some time on H1B Visa.

Then he went to Canada for higher studies. He holds Canada PR.

I am in US. If I apply for his I 130, would there be probem him visiting US on B2 Visa.

Yes , Under certain circumstances. You will either need to qualify for economic hardship, or it should be done via CPT ( it should be offered by your program). Best bet will be for you to talk to your International student advisor.

H4 goes void once u start using EAD.So where is the question of extension of h4.???If u donot use EAD,u can parallelly extend ur h4 visa until ur petitions are pending.

Ok, heres the problem. When i got to export my animation, it always slows down on the eighth frame exactly when its doing the ravid thing. I mean it will take 5-10 per frame until it gets to the eighth frame, then it takes about 20 minutes a frame...why? Is there anything im doing wrong???

Just realized that some thing is wrong with the USCIS web site. When I open my portfolio , I see an LUD on my EAD with 10/16/2007. (Today is 10/9/07)

My AP LUD date changed to 4/16/2007 (Not even applied in April 07).

Could this be DST bug ?

Did any one notice this ?

My wife came to the US on a H4. She got her H1 approval in October 07 and started working for the consulting firm that sponsered the H1. She also got a consulting position in a company. But her SSN was not issued until Jan 08. So the consulting company cannot gerenate payroll for Oct, Nov and Dec of 2007. We are planning to goto India in May and also get our Visas stamped. Any ideas on whether we will run into problems when we go for stamping, since she will not have a W2 for 07. Also will the paystubs from 2008 suffice at the consulate? Do we have to tell the consulate that she started working in Oct 07 or can we just say she started in Jan 08 will this create a problem of why did she not strat working as soon as her petition was approved in 07.

This might be little bit old, but I dont remember seeing a post on this. Employment-based immigrant visa fees almost doubled, Old fees $ 355, new fees $ 720 from July 13th. Does this mean USCIS will open the gates in Sept bulletin [to be released in August]?

New Consular Fees (http://travel.state.gov/news/news_5078.html)

Not applicable to most of us. You will pay $720 if you are doing your 485 through Consular Processing (I suppose).

ALL,

As expected this happened, but it happened sooner than expected.

This expected sooner because CIR was voted out in Senate and this was not thought about by this goverment.

Basically this was a close door arrangement between govt agencies which temporarily wanted to lower the friction by IV AND SIMILAR GROUPS.

BUT finally I believe this will come to a rest once we have new government next year.

Till that we are a tennis ball which can be tossed to any court.

PS: I dont even have I-140 and not even applied for one.

Hi,

My employer filed H1B transfer in Feb 2009. however he could not receive RFE letter with in time on mail and only received after RFE submitted date was expired which is May 25th, 2009

In jun1 1st week , he filed for the RFE extension for the stated reason and also refiled H1B to make sure that I should be in valid H1B status in case of first H1B denial in mean time

Employer submitted all the documents related to RFE on June 20th and it got approved on jul 1st.

What are the best options for H1B refiling case

in case if it is denied, will it super impose the original H1B approval ?

is it good idea to cancel/revoke pending H1B refiling case ?
